Went up to Genting yesterday to watch Richie Jen's World Tour Live in Malaysia. This is the first time in my life I bought my own ticket to watch concerts.Pink and I were excited and we had been listening to his CDs for about 2 weeks to warm up... and UP to the mountain we drive...
We went in about 8pm and at about 8.10pm, which I had never expected so soon, one lady just announce through mic that the concert is now begin! I was like... What??! No video for opening? Just some dancers come out? Alright... at least some dance to do some warming up... but NO!!! After the dancers dance for 20 seconds, Richie is coming out from the stage hole... OMG, what a lousy opening. I saw his World Tour concert in 08 in HK, that was so great! Totally no mood from that time onwards...
As usual, he will just sing and sing, mostly his old famous songs. And slowly the mood has begun to rise up. The concert was till 10.30pm. It was so high at the end that I dun really want to leave :P
